Staff Profile

Our Valuers and Property Consultants are supported by ten administrative staff, who provide all the necessary support for the valuations and property consulting activities carried out by Hay Property Consultants.

This support ranges from maintenance and upgrading of our software systems and the operation there of, data input, and responsibility for the maintenance of our office network computer system. Our office network computer system provides a specialised data base, a sales data base, spread sheet and word processing which enables us to complete valuation reports in the shortest possible time. We have a dedicated client services manager and help desk, which is staffed during business hours for answering all queries and follow-up of outstanding valuations and any other client requests.

We have recently installed a computerised Town Planning Scheme database for Greater Metropolitan Melbourne and Rural Victoria so that accurate and up to date zoning and planning information can be obtained in a matter of minutes.

We also have a dedicated accounts department which maintains an automated invoicing and payments system, so that we can tailor financial reporting to your requirements. Our office is conveniently located two (2) kilometres south of the Melbourne Central Activities District which enables easy access to all areas of Melbourne so that we can provide a prompt and efficient service.
