Mr. Anthony Miller has been employed by Hay Property Consultants Pty. Ltd. since January, 1996 and has worked full time for the company. Anthony has completed the Bachelor of Business in Property Valuations at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer.

Anthony’s duties include mortgage valuations, pre-purchase and pre-sale advice, market valuations and more recently G.S.T. valuations under the supervision of the Director of Hay Property Consultants Pty. Ltd., Mr. Peter Hay.

Anthony’s interest in real estate dates back to 1994, where he completed work experience with Blackburn and Lockwood Real Estate in Cheltenham where his duties included a wide range of activities associated with the sale, lease and administration of a variety of residential properties. Anthony’s interest in real estate continued from this experience and after successfully completed the Bachelor of Business in Property Valuations in 1996, he has extended his involvement, especially with new construction. Anthony’s main area of expertise, geographically, has been the western and southern suburbs, including Footscray, Bacchus Marsh and Hoppers Crossing. Anthony also services the Geelong Municipality including the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surfcoast locality.

Anthony has been completing a number of different types of valuations including pre purchase/sale considerations, finance, mortgage in possession, and insurance.
