Sales - David Ferguson
Staff Profile, David joined Hay Property Consultants in December 2000 after practicing as a Real Estate Agent on the Mornington Peninsula for around eight years starting in real estate dealing solely in sales of new homes and vacant land for a two year period. It was at this time when David had many clients coming back wanting to sell their existing homes and upgrade to larger newer homes in the similar area.
This introduced David to the selling of existing or established homes. It was in this field where David excelled with the sometimes tense negotiation between both vendor’s and purchaser’s. David constantly found himself in the top 10% of his peers training under the Jenman System throughout Australia. After helping many clients to achieve their goals over a long period of time, David was looking for another area of real estate to further enhance his tuition. Hence David joining Hay Property Consultants under its real estate services division where he deals with private clients and quotes from the general public which also includes pre purchase valuations and representing buyers at auction or private sales, general investment and consultancy advice.
