Valuer - Roger Redman

Roger Redman is a qualified valuer for Hay Property Consultants having been admitted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (Valuer) in 1985. He also holds an Associate Diploma in Valuations (R.M.I.T) and has completed a Certificate of Business Studies in 1979 and Real Estate Management Course, Prahran College (1977) providing the academic requirements for holding a Real Estate Agent’s Licence.

From 1972 until 1976 Roger was a Property Officer with The Perpetual Executors and Trustees Association of Australia Ltd where he dealt with all facets of property administration. From here he worked for The Chamber of Manufactures Insurance Limited until 1988. During this time Roger purchased and managed real estate assets for a group of insurance companies and controlled approximately $80 million worth of real estate holdings, including interstate offices and income producing properties. In 1988 Roger was appointed as Sole Valuing Company in the Frankston City Council and Mornington Peninsula Shire council area for the Commonwealth Bank with Burgess Rawson and Associates Pty Ltd, until 1999.

Roger joined Hay Property Consultants in March 2000 and mainly covers the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula area and covers all aspects of Valuations.
