Richard Ford

Richard Ford joined Hay Property in 2001. Prior to this Richard was completing his Bachelor of Business (Property) at RMIT University. Richard completed his professional year at Knight Frank under the RMIT/Knight Frank Scholarship Program. Richard commenced at Hay property during his final year of study combing both working part time and study under the guidance of James Dennis.

After completing University Richard commenced full time work as a Cadet Valuer assisting on a wide range of Valuations including residential, rural, commercial and industrial within all areas of Melbourne and some parts of country Victoria for various purposes such as mortgage, market valuations, pre-purchase advice, compensation, rental determinations, matrimonial settlements and probate. Over this time Richard gained experience in theses areas, together with experience in report writing and sales analysis.

In June, 2006 Richard become an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (A.A.P.I) and a Certified Practicing Valuer. Richard currently undertakes valuations including residential, rural and commercial work within metropolitan Melbourne and throughout rural Victoria. Richard resides within the City of Stonnington and undertakes regular valuations and has a vast experience within this and surrounding municipalities. Richard is a valued member of the Hay Property team and has a specialized interest in all equine use properties including Horse Studs, Training and Agistment properties having been involved in horse racing and bloodstock all his life.
